Analysis of Cheated

D. Todd Spence 1978 (Tennessee)

Anger so high, you cannot rate
Feelings of bitterness and hate
thoughts of evil run through
emotions so high, don't know what to do
All I see is bright red
My mind replaying what she said
To think it was my friend
Violence can be the way to make it end
Words out of her mouth lie, lie, lie!
Have a headache, blood pressure too high
Trying to breath to calm down
Thinking of it all I just frown
Forget them both and just move on
Karma should hit them both before too long
I have hatred for them both
But life is too short to mope
Tomorrow is a new day
Hope I was up feeling a different way
Before I lay down to go to sleep
I pray the lord my soul to keep
