एक तुम ही हो जिसकी मुस्कुराहट,
मुझे, जिंदगी में चांद सितारों की याद करती है।
एक तुम ही हो जिसकी आंखों की चमक,
मुझे, उसी शीतल मोती का एहसास कराती है।
एक तुम ही हो जिसकी खामोशियां,
मुझे, जिंदगी में ना होने को सताती है।
एक तुम ही हो जिसकी क्रोध,
मुझे, उस डर का एहसास कराती है।
एक तुम ही हो जिसके होने से,
मुझे, जीने की वजह मिलती है।
एक तुम ही हो जिसके समझाने से,
मुझे, जिंदगी में जितने की उम्मीद मिलती है।
एक तुम ही हो जिससे अपनी परेशानियां से,
मुझे, निकलने की किरण सी मिलती है।
एक तुम्हारा होना,
जिंदगी, जिंदगी सी लगती है।
