Analysis of The Canyon Wren

I stand alone in silence
Lost in years again
and dwell upon the Canyon
with my lonely desert friend.
He sings to me through seasons,
and drifting summer winds
in notes that skip like pebbles
sprinkled from the rim.
His solo praises majesty
accenting the divine
in a warbled pitch that resonates
spiraling through time.
Music fills the canyon with everlasting love,
like a timeless sanctuary
filled with blessings from above.
Solitude surrounds his sound
as the river starts to sing
and walls bow down and worship
the creator of all things.
Uniting us forever, his spirit is the wren
a doxology of praises
in a world without end.
