Analysis of Am I all alone?
The nights are dark and dreary,
Only God knows why I'm so weary.
The morning greets me,
With news, I don't care to see.
People are talking about life,
Full of temptations and strife.
If you have no money,
The world gives no honey.
Am I alone in my unknown fears,
Or are there others who silently shed tears?
Is there someone crying,
Or is someone already dying?
There's a blind man on the street,
He doesn't know what's at his feet.
A poor woman forces a smile,
Praying God gives her the extra mile.
I return to my quiet room,
Away from a world of gloom.
Then God whispers in my ears,
Trust Me, you have known me for many years.
I will be faithful and true,
Even when the skies are not blue.
I close my tired eyes and pray,
I'm no longer alone today.
