Analysis of Tiny Little Angel

Rebecca Parker 1991 (Canada)

Tiny little angel, nuzzling in my chest
Pink little lips, suckling on my breast
Sleepy little eyes, fighting hard to stay awake
While your little perfect belly, ingests all that it can take

This body has accomplished more than I could ever dream
From growing you inside the womb, now outside we're a team
The scars the marks the lumps the bumps
The changes are so endless
But none of that matters when you're nuzzling in my chest

Your little eyes begin to close, inhaling slowly through your nose
Your perfect little soul, with a little heart so whole
So I'll sit here and watch you as you finally get some rest
Tiny little angel, nuzzling in my chest
