Analysis of The Cost of Lies

Christy A. Authement 1967 (Beaumont, TX)

THE COST of LIES

Routine got Old, a Stranger to Hold
First Lies Told
Feelings Grow Bold, Guilt takes Hold
More Lies Told
Truth Unfolds, Souls are Sold
More Lies Told
Truth be Told, Everyone Knows
Blood Runs Cold
Time Goes by, Exposing More Lies
Forgiveness is Desired
So Sorry, Let’s Try
Also a Lie
Too Much Time, Love Finally Dies
THE COST of LIES
