All major cities fell.
Crowds scurried to hinterlands.
Like rats.
Prayers.
Shelters down deep.
Security drills rehearsed.
Hoping the day would never
Come
Dragons.
Mystical worldwide villains. And crafty
The legends everywhere.
Trustworthy.
