Analysis of what of Love

George Mottram,Jr 1945 (San Juan)

                                        What of Love

What of Love...words do not embrace...nor lips kiss
                                 How long burning...this torch
                                  Before we touch
When chance slips by...such a fool am I
                                     Another day...passes by
                                      When a look says Yes
Whispers from Dawn to Dusk: till my bones turn to Dust
                                              Let me: only once
