Analysis of Who Knew
Who knew the struggles you were going through or the pain you buried inside.
Who knew when you were all alone you fought silent demons and alone you cried.
Who knew when you woke up it was a struggle to get out of bed,
Who knew although you seemed so happy on the outside ,
There was a war going on inside your head.
You were the life of the party, the loving trusted friend,
Who knew because you didn’t feel you could share the silent journey with any one ,would lead to such a tragic end.
Our hearts are broken and filled with pain
And our lives will be forever changed.
Because of the guilt we feel for not recognizing everything you were going through,
We are haunted by one question
Who knew?
