Analysis of Sweet Child
You are my sweet child.
I don’t want to see sadness in your eyes.
Abba, your father loves you.
Let me wipe your tears.
You are the apple of my eye.
I have known it all these years.
You are my darling daughter.
Special in your own way.
All those tears fallen.
Let them dry up this day.
Let me be your blanket of protection.
Get close to your father.
Know my sweet daughter.
I want to hear laughter from your mouth.
You are my pride and joy.
Wipe away those tears.
You give me all the glory.
I stand with you this day.
