Analysis of Depression

I cry myself to sleep at night while replaying my entire life.always feeling overwhelmed like to a wall I have been helmed.in relationships I find myself feeling as an object displayed on a shelf.all I know is if I open up they’ll leave and all I’ll be is crushed .my energy is always drained I’m always in a state of pain, wondering will I always lose or maybe one day I will gain . My life feels like one big lie I’m always wearing a disguise, to cover how I really feel, it’s not that big a deal. My family tells me I’m overreacting but they don’t know what’s really happening. I’ve lost all will to survive a soul can not be revived.all my hopes and dreams are crushed and there is none I can trust. I tried so hard but still gave up I’m never gonna be enough.
