Analysis of Echo's of my mind

Kathryn Marie Chapman 1979 (Okc,Ok)

The dreams, they come and go
like Restless waves they ebb n flow...
Touching n caressing
All that is me
Like a siren song,to match my hearts beat...
Do I stray then?,
Inside my dreams...do I let myself do
The impossible things....
can I love something
I never had?,..
Or does wanting to make me mad...
I see it so clearly, like its burnt in my soul,
Branded and scarred,
I'll never let go.
Keep coming I beg,...
I'm writhing on the floor
Like a starving animal
Wild to its core.
Licking and scratching
Unable to breathe,
Tracing the sweat that's pouring from me...

I can see it all-
Us holding hands..
Skinny dipping and swimming,
Doing what our hearts demand.
See,its perfect there,
That place called dream
For its the only place,
You'll be w me

Echo's of my mind
