Analysis of What got into the Magician?
You Sir with the red tie.
Would you come up please.
You don’t believe in any
Of this stuff, do you.
All sleight of hand, switcheroo
Smoke and mirrors, right?
You bet yo ass, Buddy.
Really nothing to it.
Just like another clown I saw.
Very well give me that red tie
Of yours please.
Assistant, the big scissors.
Very well, Sir, please allow me
To cut the tie into
Four pieces, OK.?
Now that nice watch
If you will, a Rollex, splendid.
Assistant, the hammer, please.
Sir might I smash it
With your permission?
N,okay
Said with a smirk.
Knowingly.
The crowd at seats’ edge.
And now from your wallet
The Driver’s License
If you will.
Using scissors to cut it
Into numerous bits and pieces.
Ladies and gentlemen.
You have watched me
destroy valuable
Property items.
With impunity.
No less than three times.
With this gent’s
Unqualified consent.
Smiling throughout.
Now if that ain’t true magic…
