Analysis of Having many Friends may not be Reality
I'm tired of being lonely,
Even though I have many friends only,
They're just there to chit-chat and pass time,
Not realizing the loneliness that's mine.
I smile and laugh, playing my part,
Though inside me, I'm breaking apart.
I need a friend who'll hear my heart's cry,
And not just put up a superficial lie.
Don't get me wrong, my friends are great,
But there's a hole in my heart that won't abate.
I long for someone who'll understand,
And hold my hand, as we walk hand in hand.
I know I may seem cheerful and bright,
But that's just a facade, and not what's right.
I'm tired of being lonely, you see,
Please come and rescue me.
