Analysis of I Wish I'd Stop Wishing
I sometimes wish arthritis pain
Would just leave me alone,
But that thought was a wish in vain;
No magic do I own.
I also sometimes wish I had
Much less anxiety,
But even though it can get bad,
A wish won't set me free.
I need to do the best I can
With needs both big and small.
I also should pray rather than
Be wishing for it all.
