Analysis of Lost
It’s humid an muggy in this south end of town.
Some say it’s cursed that the devil creeps around.
Even so, she’d tip toe in shine her light deep within.
She only wants to fit in with a few folks no matter the sin.
She’s different than most an everyone knows she is.
She’s been to town after town only to end up his.
His eyes so dark his love is bound.
What she seen wasn’t love but the devil she found.
He promised her a life full of hope.
Only to get her addicted to dope.
She was his servant his puppet his whacked out whore.
She felt so dirty to be shared with his twin next door.
She was of heaven made with love an all things good.
Her eyes so blue yet saddened by his wrath she understood.
Lost in a culture only few knew about.
No one ever asked questions just hung their head in doubt.
She was lost more than before.
How could she escape being his dope whore?
Everyone was scared of the twins in this part of town.
They’d do away with you if you messed around.
So she did what God had told her to do.
He said, be brave my child, run I’ll free you.
She left all her belongings the devil had gave her an ran into the dark woods.
She could feel them on her ripping her skin.
She just kept running until she reached the Ben.
Stopped in her tracks and out of breath tears rolled down her face.
As she turned to look back she realized she was still in their place.
It was a dream she woke from to find the twins staring down at her.
You can’t escape us, she nodded and said yes sir.
Lost… lost to sinful twins who brain wash girls an keep hidden from the world.
They dose her back to a dark forbidden dream.
Where she lies lifeless in a cold clear spring.
