Analysis of United We Stand

United we Stand
-by Peter Casimiro

It was christened at birth
with the first name United.
Dreamed from places
severely divided.

Weaned on the most glorious of hopes
and anchored in the noblest of scope
in a constitution adorned with
temperance and fair play tropes.

Tragic still has been its fate
for weak still is it’s faith on the
very peoples it derives it’s trait.

Do not distress our tragic state
since birth to date on this day
we stand united and state…

Together we pledge to never
cease to reshape our fate from
all our faiths.
