Analysis of Born to Suffer
In shadows cast by fate's cruel hand,
Lived a soul whose life was a barren land.
Born to endure, to bear the weight,
Of sorrows deep, a relentless state.
Young and tender, her mother's light dimmed,
In the arms of kin, where cruelty skimmed.
Relatives unkind, a heart left scarred,
Yet she carried on, though life seemed hard.
Married young, her heart's tethered plight,
A union marred by shadows of night.
Fourteen souls she brought to the day,
Nurtured and cared in her gentle way.
But storms within walls, a tempest's rage,
A husband's wrath, a relentless cage.
Her spirit bruised, yet unbroken, strong,
She carried the pain, endured the wrong.
Eighty-seven years, a lifetime's strain,
Still, she perseveres through heartache's rain.
A portrait of strength, a tale untold,
A life of resilience, a heart of gold.
In corners of darkness, some hearts reside,
Enduring the pain, with wounds that hide.
Yet they rise each day, their strength renewed,
Born to suffer, yet their spirits exude.
So let us remember, these souls so brave,
Whose lives were shaped by hardship's wave.
May their stories inspire, their resilience shine,
In the face of adversity, their spirits align.

About this poem
This poem is about my grandma, life has been cruel to her, yet she's the kindest soul. Life is so unfair that there are souls that suffer from birth to end.
