Analysis of The Gentleman In You

Patricia Thomas 1948 (Harrisburg PA)

It’s the gentleman in you that
Makes my heart sing.
The gentle way you speak
Thrills my being
And ignites my fire.
It’s the gentleman in you
That tells me of your
Love and devotion,
Your belief in us,
And hope for our always.
It’s the gentleman in you
That causes me to feel protected.
Your spirit heals my fears.
I always feel wanted
And understood.
It’s the gentleman in you
That I love and need,
Forever and always.
Love me gently,
As..It’s the gentleman in you
That I love.
