Analysis of Residents Are Important
Cynthia novotny 1984 (Wilmington de)
When I think of being a cna
we should all have big hearts.
that being kind to our residents.
we should always treat with respect.
They treat the ones they care for
just like you treat your own.
you have patients and kindness.
towards everyone you care for
you shouldn't be a selfish person.
to do what we do on a daily basis.
we should all treat people the same.
especially the way you want to be treated.
Let us show the ones that we take care of
always make them feel important always.
so, if you get upset or frustrated with them.
always come back to them with a clear mind
the job that we do each and every day.
the job we do isn't always easy to do.
but at the end of each working day
Let's always choose what is best for them.
