Turn out not to be my wife
Once thru the strife
Clean as a bean
She will at last walk thru and be seen
Love of my life
Walk in a room and take my breath a way
Whip me into a frenzy
Simply orderin a latte
Love of my life
Sneaks up on me
Makes me wanna holla
It’s my heart I gotta folla’
Once under my skin
Only way I'm eva gonna win

Oh hell, maybe she gotta twin!
Twists and turns
live n thrive
In our souls
No straight line story
ever been re-told
We thrive on the bends n curves
Fuel, oxygen, spark, fire n heat
Those are the five gods we serve
If we give up on the Quest we are surely beat
Love of my life
Emobodies all five primary colors in our hearts where they meet
Triggers all five primary tastes
So why we let so much time waste
Permeates all five elements
Water, fire, wood, metal n earth
So why we always on wrong side of the fence?
Peek a boo
Love of my life
Where on gods green earth are you?
Take your time an---
Fuck that! Get on the next thing smokin'
Pronto show your luminous smile
I aint jokin'
Your names been on the tip of my tongue
Climbin closer on ladder to you
But I keeps missin a rung
Love of my life
Consider our hearts sprung from
the Isle of Bitter Longin'
My spidey sense tells me I CAN speak for you
In our minds we been drawin'
You, Us, Me
Since well, we been three
Askin our parents
To serve us PB&J no crusts
Since we been old enough to fuss
So I ask you
Love of my life
You miss your plane
Way back when?
You have a decades long layover?
Forgive if it seems I complain
But I believe in the power Of that four-leaf clover
We found at the same time on the same day
In different states
Sealing our loving collective fates
While playing with our hound Rover when we was seven in the backyard
Having our first sleepover
Lookin up at the
Sky full of stars
And me knowin exactly which One was yours
You knowin which
One was mine
And we both knew which One was ours.
