Analysis of To My New Larger Fish Tank (Bussokusekika)

Edwin Tanguma 1966 (CA)

To My New Larger Fish Tank   (Bussokusekika)

I can hardly wait
For my sweater of Heather
To come in the mail
I hope it will keep me warm
On the seventeen hour drive
To my new larger fish tank

About this poem

I wonder if the color Heather will suit me???It is a slightly darker shade of grey per se…I still find it harder to write one of these dang Bussokusekika than a sonnet…But what do I know???I wonder if I will miss writing when I get to my new fish tank???Only time will tell…Who knows what will fill my mind without all of the sirens voices blaring in it???
