Analysis of Gatekeeper
Sarah Brower 1995 (New Jersey)
My thoughts dwell
in a kaleidoscope
sheltered in a glass box
Fatal breath
fogging the corners
take the axe to the throat
Gathering these thoughts
heading to the lake
stashing them upon a leaf
Tie them down
for they never look back
watching it float across crystal
Triumphant
as the waterfalls drink their power
