Analysis of Dialectical Float Therapy (DFT)

enter for sensory satiation
the lucidity of salinity.

look past your eyelids to where
the new cranial nerve is formed.
where vagus and optic rewire
to produce soul vision.

remind yourself to blink.

where you become a blue lily pad of mercury
in the Galilean Thermometer of your life.
where stains only 1100 pounds of epsom salt
could dissolve.

where your buoyant vessel is propelled by the tides
of circadian rhythm
and the tidal volume
of your next sober breath.

the only constant is change.

please fill my cochlea with enough fluid
from the oval window
to vibrate my prefrontal cortex
back
online.
