Analysis of The Bible

Ronald Bunch 1982 (Grand Rapids)

God created us.
God knows us.
Jesus gave us His Bible,
We read it and see He is noble.

The book of saints.
The book of restraints.
God loves us.
The Holy Spirit finds us.

God saves us through His Word:
He teaches us, He is Lord.
It's the most bought book.
We teach our children to read and look.

God gives us hope
So we should never do dope.
We should never die young
Unless it’s God’s plan and tongue.

The internet is of use,
So we should never lie to abuse.
The computer has all the words we speak,
So we should never abuse the temple at its peak.

We should be afraid for our souls
But never for the politician polls.
We lean over the pages,
No matter who or what rages.

Now when we near the end,
God tells his angels who to send.
Once in purgatory now in heaven.
The prayed for souls are resting, Amen.
