Analysis of Day After Valentine's
Happens many times after every year
Lost count of every broken heart
Promises made that were dear
Disappeared after each swallowed sweet-tart
Cupid is the culprit
Every fourteenth day of February
Bow shots sting like a poisonous love dart
Inflicting pain strictly coronary
Florist cleans up after final delivery
Restaurants sweep up each bottle cork
But who'll restore a romantic memory
If after Valentine's Day romance didn't work
