Analysis of Gym Life
Robert loughran 1962 (Ireland)
Grab your wraps ,tighten up your straps, apply for ministrations.
The king is here, he is on the gear, and heading for the leg press station.
On a rower works an athlete ,lean not overdone.
A strength easily carried.
His arms are not called guns.
One lady works her glutes ,like she is afraid they might collapse.
Don't forget you have an upper body, take a lesson from the chaps.
On the punch bag a not real boxer hits the bag with wild aggression.
You know 2 minutes later he will drop gasping from the session.
The seasoned gym instructor takes it all in with a glance.
I should have done that accountancy course when i had the bloody chance.
