Analysis of Prison of the Free

Ian Kuchera 2005 (Pittsburgh)

Slow hum of society
Echoing sounds of piety
Ensnare the deaf
A prison of the free
Resting on a rock
High in the mighty sky
Where the birds carelessly fly
All those watched
Never to see if the door was unlocked
