Analysis of Edge of Missing You

I have shed so many tears.
And the silence leaves me in pain.
The vast emptiness draws me near
to the edge of missing you.

There was once abundant love.
Now a lonely void to fill.
My heavenly angel from up above
guiding and watching over me.

Your presence warms my heart.
Soothing me to my soul.
A connection that will never part
sending me to the edge of missing you.

A special love felt in other ways.
As the pretty butterfly flutters by.
Or a light breeze on a sunny day
that comforts me the way you do.

Birds chirping in rhythmic harmony.
With tender memories rushing into view.
A veil of your closeness blankets me.
Rendering me to the edge of missing you.

I may shed many more tears
while keeping you safe in my heart.
There is nothing left for me to fear
when I am at the edge of missing you.
