Analysis of I threw my phone at the wall

I got mad and threw my phone at the wall,
and now there’s a hole in my wall that need to be patched, just like my heart that I've tried to
heal.
I hate when I get mad because, I become destructive, I lose control my anger consumes me, it takes its toll, on things I love and on myself, leaving behind a shattered
self.
I got mad and threw my phone at the wall,
and now there’s a hole in my wall that now need to be patched, because,  I was never taught how to express my emotions in a healthy way,
I was always told what to feel and how to act, never understanding the depth of my own
pact.
With every throw, I hoped to break free,
but instead, I found, I was losing
me.
I got mad and threw my phone at the wall,
and now there's a silence, as night begins to
fall.
The pieces lay scattered, much like my thoughts,
each shard a reminder of the battles I've
fought.
I look at the hole, then to the ground, searching for something that can't be
found.
A piece of peace, a sliver of solace,
in the ruins of my anger, in the aftermath of malice.
I was never shown how to mend, the cracks and the breaks, how to
tend.
To the wounds inflicted not by others, but by my own hand, a concept too complex to understand.
I got mad and threw my phone at the wall,
and now I'm enveloped in a quiet, so
small.
As the night deepens, so does the chill,
a reflection of the void I can't seem to
fill.
The hole in the wall, an open sore,
a testament to the battles I
bore.
But the one with myself, the longest fight,
leaves me alone, in the quiet of the
night.
No texts, no calls, no light of a screen,
just the echo of what could have
been.
I got mad and threw my phone at the wall,
and now I'm left facing the emptiness of it
all.
The hole in my heart, now mirrored in plaster,
a sad ending, for there's nothing left to
master.
Alone with my thoughts, in the silence I dwell,
a living testament to my own personal
hell.
I got mad and threw my phone at the wall,
and now I'm left with nothing, nothing at
all.
