Analysis of Not Just Poetry

Not just poetry.
Is my approach to this artistry.
My offerings to write them brings,
Simple vignettes.
Each  to perceive different.
Yet,
Connected together.
With my own perspective.
There is a message within each one.
Misunderstood by some.
Using a method that includes everyone.
I hope to accomplish.
As I approach this effort to endeavor done.

Eventually to come understanding no one,
Left to believe...
My poetry written to write it,
Should be an inclusive not exclusive...
Detached nor abstract,
Depiction of reality.
Lived to have this activity explained.
Observed to see.
Although complicating its simplicity.

Few today are living independently.
Although mindlessly believe,
Their decisions to make them...
Are isolated to separate,
From others known or unknown.
Yet feeling directed to be,
Intentionally affected.
And this may not,
Be an accepted point of view.
By those deciding,
Whatever they choose to do.
Should be good enough for all.
To enforce upon many who refuse.

My approach to poetry.
Different to many it may be.
But no intention do I have that intends,
My delivery distant.
Or abstract from a reality.
Basically observed as it is to see.
Keeping it simple and confusion free!

'Uh...hmmm...excuse me, but...
There has to be a deeper message.
Hidden between the lines you've written.
And every attempt I have made,
I can not find one...
That contradicts what you say.
Why is your approach,
So basic and direct?'

'Who knows?
But tell me this,
If I chose to have my point of view...
Delivered intentionally written,
Detached and abstract...
From what reality is to be.
Would this leave you more satisfied,
To distance yourself further from reality?'

'That maybe a possibility.
However,
Fiction has been my way of life.
I prefer kept to defined for myself.
By reading between the lines.
Like everyone else does this to choose.
Regardless how basic you claim,
Your poetry to write it...
Includes everyone with different attitudes!'

'I am a writer.
Not a psychiatrist.
Personal therapist to anyone.
Nor a professional magician.
With an ability to play a flute.
As you are musically removed,
From a reality I did not compose!'

'Yep!
I knew all the time,
You would admit your skills are eclectic!
And diverse.
Kept to keep discreet.'

'What more can I say?
That secret to keep is no longer mine!'
