Analysis of Open an Ear; He Still Loves You
Richard Groff 1957 (Pottstown, Pa.)
The judgment day is far away
At least that is what men think.
But we will walk by quiet streams
With time to take a drink.
And when we think of what we’ve done
Our hearts begin to sink.
Regret and sorrow mark our steps
Because our actions stink.
