Analysis of Chaosmosis

"One Bill up and won bill down!", said
Segs a Linky, true Son, cracked frown.
Befitted a bunch, was how he did
Perfunctory quick, Snick! Snick! she licked.
Later, after bumptuous boasts,
They trammeled clampers to & fro...
Wrong side up and right side down
Semper-SUPRA-sophra,
Smiles all around.
Soon, with wiggles did dance he naught?
Plump, true. Yet again,
Hoped less, less caught.
By the by, she struggled rien.
Unsure for certain, after all, now and then.
Both blips and plinks squandered,
Dare nada, nada mucho
Nada mucho nare done.
