Analysis of Death Part 1

I knew Death personally and he told me one day;
It isn't the devil or God who decides who goes or stays
It is I who makes the decision if your father or mother dies
I am the one who controls all your lives
Do you think I ask to be put in charge of ones life
Do you think I enjoy taking your husband or wife
Do you think I like seeing children come in
Do you think I like taking those who have not sinned
No I do not for I was once you
If you can imagine I was a human too
