Analysis of Depression
Insecurities they eat you alive
Leaving you vulnerable with nowhere to hide
Plunging into your self-made depression
Learning later it was just an obsession
You smile at the thought of infliction
Then the pain soon becomes an addiction
It hurts but you've learned to abide
Your loved ones you push them aside
Sorrow is your only emotion
To this disease you have made your devotion
