Analysis of I Could have, I Would have Been
I could have,
I would have
been...
To comfort you,
On stormy nights
A candle light.
To defend you,
A wild cat pouncing
A crocodile snapping.
To love you,
A cuddly puppy
An eager guppy.
To romance you,
A line in a poem
A volcanic eruption.
To make you happy,
A colourful sunset
An exotic garden.
In your hands,
Soft putty that hardens
Or a muddy mess.
With you,
I can be less,
I can be more.
And I know for sure,
I can be torn
And repaired.
If only you`d cared
You would of seen,
All that I could have been.
All that I would have been.
