Analysis of If I sleep and never wake

The way I feel is different from what you think,
To tell you in detail about my feelings may put you in tears,
No matter how I try telling you is to much to bear,
I might cry instand of telling you why,
So tonight I lay my head down with my one fear,
Not walking up to see the morning light,
To know how much one death changes everything in one person life,
Adults can take and agree that they gone,
But teen and kids the nightmare starts,
Knowing that they won't come back,
Fresh like a bad memory it haunts them at night,
So before I slip into my silent sleep in the grave,
For my time is long but end short,
I love you all for being here,
Don't cry or hurt yourself,

Not your fault or mine,
Just stay strong until the end,
So if I wake up before I go,
God is telling it's not time to go,
So If I sleep and do not wake,
Don't cry for my sake,
It didn't hurt and I will live,
So tonight lay your head,
Wake up and worry about the next day..
