Analysis of If Jesus Walked by My Side
If Jesus walked by my side
Would I be inclined my deeds to hide?
Would I do the things I do now?
Or would I refrain from them somehow?
Would I let my mouth run so free?
Would I stop those words that come from me?
Oh dear Lord, I try to do
All those things expected from you
I try to go where you want me to go
I try to listen for what I should know.
