Analysis of Inner Workings

Stealthy and cunning
His mind always at work
To capture small prey
Or to find duties to shirk
Caring only about delights
Lilting his way through life
Visualizing siestas
Flitting his way through strife
He's always the magician
Slilently slipping out and in
Humor often creases his brow
Joy and pleasure mix devilish sin
A stroke to his cheek
Brings thoughts of mother's kiss
A murmur in his ear
Brings love which he'll never miss
