Analysis of One In Seven Left Our Shores

One in seven risk all for the course
The Japanese fought hard and lowered their honor
By killing all they had captured
The trails of valor the Australian left
Eco in the valleys of foreign lands
I was not born when war broke out
It was America who needed a hand out
Our land filled with tears as each one fell
But America had an agenda to sell
As General Macarthur sent Australians to hell
In a useless battle as the A bomb fell
Why won't America open its eyes? as a friend and foe begins to cry
It was on 9 11 as the towers fell
And America has another agenda to sell
Of course Australia's always there but does America really care
As military blacken the soil to take control of the oil
As day turns into night the innocent stare in fright
At the overwhelming sight of the pure military might
As more fall in vein the politicians' add up the gain
It don't take much brain to call all of this insane
