Analysis of One Moment in Time

In a time such as this, we all must stop,
take a minute and appreciate the small things in life--
love, peace, joy, relationships--
from the flowers in May to the summer mornings in June.

As we savor the finer things in life, and how we have
overcome life's struggle,
we should always remember to forget the pain
but take with us the lessons.

Knowing that once we've hit rock bottom the only
direction left is up
and we can't relive what never was, but we can speak
into existence that which we set our feet to.

One love, one hope . . . all just glimmering promises of
what can be ours
in one moment in time.
