Analysis of our pride

i have pretend that everything was good
but deep inside i was dying
i tried  for you  to notice me
i wasn't good enough
you hurt me so many
but i forgave you
now i was fooled twice
why can't you see
i thought i loved you
but now i know it wasn't love
i wanted to beloved
this wasn't love
it was our pride.
