Analysis of The Grandfather's Scissors
Nor gold, nor diamonds have such value
As these old scissors on the wall.
They keep the memory of a tailor,
My granddad who in times of war
Was sitting on the homemade table,
And having gentle and nice tenor
Maid of old clothes, a new dress
To please the widow's heart for less
