Analysis of Versus The Universe
Stars fall as she cries
And stars fill her eyes
Burning streams down her cheek
Flustering the mild and meek
She is most comtemplative tonight
But much too negative in her might
Held captive by her history
And dreams of light through dark misery
She keeps trying to hang the moon
It falls on her constantly and soon
She covers her head entirely
She searches beyond sobriety
For wilting away inside
A conscience unable to hide
Her thirst is never quenched
Her gut is always wrenched
Chronic in her exposure
In unattainable closure
The stars are just a visual
Burning out as despair and dismal
