The Scorned Queen
She who controls her domain with contention and strife dares not see the hatred sown.
She who rules her domain and cares not for the people beneath.
Is she a king in disguise?
She thinks not of those at her equal.
She makes those around her feel as though they are nothing.
Dirt beneath her shoes, a blemish that can wash away.
Why is she so scorned?
For what have we, the people, done to stoke her eternal disdain?
I fear not of her fire.
I hold my perpetual hatred toward her.
I fear for the anger of the people, everyone she has burned in the process.
Woe unto her for she will never see the error of her ways.
I will walk the path of resistance until she is no more.
