Proposal
Here we stand, so close together
What lies ahead, one doesn't know ever
Should we worry, so much about tomorrow
And weep for the past, in deep sorrow
Should we stop, to think of what lies beneath
When there's a beneath under, every underneath
Do you know, how far you want to go
Do you know, how much you want to know
Do you know, when to put a stop
Do you know, when to let it all drop
What will make you, make up your mind
Open your heart and you won't be blind
What is it, that will make you so sure
Can anyone's love, be even more pure
What is it, that will make you say yes
Or is it, that I care much too less
I know, I am not the best around
But, I do stand my very ground
I know, I will not pass all the tests
But, I shall try and try my very best
I know, perfect I am not
But, will give you all I have got
My life is lonely, as can be
Is filled with people, I can't see
Want to share my life with you
Want to share this heaven so blue
Want to show you, the world with my eyes
Want to show you, what inside this heart lies
Up and downs, there will be plenty
But ride them together and life will not be empty
Promises make I, will none to you
But love you forever, that I will do
My actions and words, may not be so fine
But my thoughts will hold you, forever divine
It's for you to read, what I show and say
It's for you to know, my loving ways
Words are words, never enough
Words are forgotten and even laughed
I can't say that, I'm right for you
I can't say that, you are too
But I know for sure, atleast I think, I do
That my life would be empty, without love from you
So with a thumping heart and a mind so clear
Down on bent knee and eyes with tears
With a muffled speech and no wasting time
I ask you to marry me and be mine
