Poetic Silence

True indeed
God conscience, unconscious
No sponsors, clear conscience
Poetic silence held quiet no longer
Dead to the flesh
Thought weak to this world but truly ten times stronger
On the rise cause He's risen
Time to break loose and break free from the stereotypes given
To expand and expose
To use gifts withheld and talents enclosed
Boxed in so we gotta box out
To possess power, have faith in truth without a doubt
Simple words from a simple man
Held hostage outside of his native land
Can't rest and won't sleep
Disregarded but meant to be a leader amongst the sheep
Failure's not an option, no choices, just decisions
Against the world since circumcision
To make my incision, forgetting the forbidden
Everything's changed since the day I've been forgiven
Fresh start, new living
Treasures revealed, imagery unhidden
Takes the pressure off my neck
So I fall back and let God get 'em
