Tortured Love

Lynette Garcia 1990 (Dover, NJ)

I’m trying to sleep,
But in my dreams
It’s always you and me
Why do you torture me?

This feeling inside me,
I can’t take away,
It keeps growing everyday.
Why do you torture me?

Your hands running down my body,
Fire consuming right down inside me.
This passion is undenying.
Why do you torture me?

Your lips are as fire burning on my lips,
Yet it’s so satisfying as icecream melting down my throat.
Why do you torture me?
