The Child and The Beast

Lorna Robinson 1972 (Prince Rupert)

She was young and beautiful,
he was old and ugly.
Her innocence was flowing though,
his shame stole it from her.
He made her feel tortured,
She hid from the world.
She had a wonderful future,
he took it away.
He thought he could control her,
she fought back.
She reclaimed her life,
he lost his future.
Now she has a chance for happiness,
and he is gone forever.
