Why fear when future is unknown

Devoid of all the juices of life
A dry leaf
Isolated herself from the life
Out of grief

A stray gust of wind got hold
Of her wrist
Along she went without any strength
Or wish to resist

On the way a bush snatched her away
And there she was
Till a boy discovered and picked her up
For a cause

She was imprisoned inside a book
To further dry
Dead walls only reverberated
Her soul’s cry

And finally when her delicate bone structure
Was only of her left
She was taken out probably to mourn
Her bereft

But a few touches of brush changed
Her entire fate
Recognition as a masterpiece of art
Made her rejuvenate.
